How can I change my account password?

If you forgot your password or want to change it, click Forgot Password here. Enter the email address associated with your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I upload my company’s logo to my Tyndale FRC Marketplace account?

Uploading your logo is easy – just follow these three steps:

  1. Log in to your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account. If you don't have an account, create one here.
  2. Go to My Account and select Upload Your Company Logo.
  3. Complete the Logo Request Form and checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder. Once you approve the logo, you’ll be able to add it to any eligible product when placing an order.

Where can I access my order history and tracking information?

Easily access order history and tracking information by following these steps:

  • Log in to your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account.
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to your account icon.
  • Select Order History.

From there, choose the order you want to view. Each item includes a UPS tracking link with live delivery updates.

Can I track my order if I don’t have a Tyndale FRC Marketplace account?

Yes, you can track your order without a Tyndale FRC Marketplace account. Visit https://tyndalefrc.tyndaleusa.com/login/ and enter the following:

  • Your Order Number.
  • The Order Email Address used at checkout.
  • The Billing ZIP code tied to the credit card used.

This allows you to view your order status and tracking information without logging into an account.

Note, your order number is available on your receipt or in your order confirmation email. Additionally, your order email address must match the one you used during checkout.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are simple and straightforward on Tyndale FRC Marketplace:

  • $7.95 flat rate to the continental U.S.
  • $25 flat rate to Alaska and Hawaii
  • All orders ship via UPS Ground

When will my order be delivered?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after being placed, excluding holidays. Orders with logo application may require additional processing time. Orders submitted over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground.

Does Tyndale FRC Marketplace offer expedited shipping?

No. While Tyndale FRC Marketplace does not offer expedited shipping, our extensive in-stock inventory enables orders to ship quickly at no additional cost.

How can I assign items to specific employees when placing an order on Tyndale FRC Marketplace?

The Add Wearer feature on Tyndale FRC Marketplace allows you to assign specific items to individual employees during the ordering process. This helps streamline distribution and tracking without requiring separate accounts for each employee. How it works:

  • Select an item you’d like to order.
  • Enter the employee’s name in the “Who is this item for?” text box.
  • Add the item to your cart.

The wearer's name will appear in your order summary and on the packing slip included in the shipment, making it easier to distribute orders across your team.

Can I reorder a previously purchased item?

Yes, you can reorder any items purchased from Tyndale FRC Marketplace directly from your account. To reorder:

  • Log in to your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account.
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to your account icon.
  • Select Order History.
  • Locate the previous order and click on the item to view its product page.
  • Add it to your cart and check out as usual.
How do I know if a product is in stock?

All products displayed on Tyndale FRC Marketplace are in stock, ready to ship. If you can see the item listed and add it to your cart, it’s available for purchase. Shop with confidence knowing your order ships quickly – typically within 2-3 business days.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation or tracking email for my order?

After placing an order on Tyndale FRC Marketplace, you should receive:

  • An order confirmation email right away.
  • A tracking email once your order ships.

If you don’t see either email, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Log in to your FRC Marketplace account and go to Order History to confirm your order and access tracking links (available once order ships).

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

No, Tyndale FRC Marketplace only allows one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.

For orders being distributed to multiple individuals, we recommend shipping to a central work location and using the Add Wearer feature at checkout to assign items to specific people. Their names will appear on the packing slips, making distribution quick and organized.

What is Tyndale FRC Marketplace’s return policy?

You can return unwashed, unworn, unembellished, and unaltered items within 60 days at no cost by following these three simple steps. Just log in to your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account and print a free return shipping label for eligible items to get started.

How can I exchange an item for a different product or size?

To make an exchange, simply return the original item and place a new order for the product or size you need. You can return unwashed, unworn, unembellished, and unaltered items within 60 days at no cost by following these three simple steps. Just log in to your Tyndale FRC Marketplace account and print a free return shipping label to get started.

Once your return is processed, your refund is issued, and your new order arrives separately.
