Follow these simple steps to customize garments with your company’s logo:
- Log in to your Tyndale FRC account. If you don't have an account, create one here.
- Go to "My Account" and select "Upload a logo."
- Complete the Logo Request Form and checkout.
Once your company logo has been uploaded, look for our confirmation email within 48 hours. If you don't see a confirmation email from Tyndale FRC, check your spam folder. As soon as you receive and approve the logo, you’ll be able to add the garment to any eligible product on your order.
No. If you are a Tyndale MANAGED APPAREL PROGRAM user, please log in to your managed account at https://shop.tyndaleusa.com/2/Login, where you can shop company-approved logos and garments. Please DO NOT fill out the Logo Request form.
Yes. You may submit multiple logo requests. However, each logo requires a separate Logo Request form. A logo setup fee will be charged for each logo.
No. One logo can be added to a garment – on either the right chest or left chest.
• After submitting the Logo Request form and paying the $25 logo fee, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours.
• You can approve or request one revision to adjust your logo.
• If we don’t receive a response to the confirmation email within 48 hours, your logo is automatically uploaded to your account.
• Once finalized, your logo will be available for selection when shopping. Look for the logo selection section above “Add to Cart” on the product detail page.
The Logo Request form incurs a $25 logo fee. Once your logo is finalized, you may add your company logo to applicable garments for an additional $10 logo fee per garment.
