The DriFire FR Work Shirt is an extremely lightweight, inherently flame resistant men’s button-down work shirt rated 8 cal/cm2 (CAT 2), built for workers who need arc-rated protection in a dress-style shirt. It meets ASTM F1506, NFPA 2112 (Standard on Flame-Resistant Clothing for Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Short-Duration Thermal Exposures from Fire), and ASTM F1930. DriFire Select fabric provides the shirt’s inherent flame resistance. The protection is built into the fiber and will not wash out or wear off, regardless of how many times the garment is laundered. The F169Y uses a seven-button front closure, a pleated back yoke, and a banded, top-stitched button-down collar.
