The Tyndale FRC retail website does not currently accommodate tax-exempt accounts. Create an account at Tyndale FRC Express and provide your tax-exempt certificate to proceed with tax-exempt orders.

If you have an existing account and forgot your password, you can visit the Log In page and choose “forgot password?". You can also call Customer Service at 800-356-3433 during business hours or you can use the convenient “Chat” feature to request help from a Customer Service representative.

You can expect to receive email notifications at various stages: upon placing an order, when your order is shipped, when you cancel an item or order, or when you initiate a return.

You have the ability to monitor the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and reviewing your order history.

If you completed your purchase as a guest, you can input your order number, order email, and billing zip code on the Log In page to access the status of your order.

Tyndale maintains a comprehensive ordering history for each customer from account creation onward. This order history is available online in your account.

If you opt for guest checkout, your purchase history won't be retained for future account creation. For assistance in reviewing your purchase history, please contact customer service at 800-356-3433.

If you had an account prior to the Tyndale FRC website relaunch, you'll need to create a new account. Please note that your previous order history will not transfer to the new site.

The quickest way to create an online ordering account is to call Customer Service at 800-356-3433. Alternately, you may click the link on our website to set up a new account. Due to security concerns, requests made online must be individually reviewed by our Account Specialists. Typically, online accounts requested this way are set up within 24 hours.

Cancellations:

Within a 2-hour timeframe, you have the flexibility to cancel either entire orders or specific items. Simply navigate to your order history and locate the desired order. If eligible, you'll find a cancellation option displayed beneath each item. Choose the quantity you wish to cancel and update your order accordingly.

Returns:

We provide complimentary returns for qualifying items within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Please note that worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, navigate to your order history and locate the desired order. You will find a return option available beneath each eligible product on the order. Select the quantity and reason for the return, then proceed to update your order accordingly.

Exchanges:

Currently, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for items. Instead, cancel or return the item you wish to exchange, and proceed to place a new order for the desired item.

Whether manufactured by Tyndale or one of our suppliers, Tyndale will repair or replace any garment at no charge that is determined at Tyndale’s sole discretion to have a manufacturer’s defect.
